Option 1, Fish:
Main Course: Pescado a la Chorrillana , Fried onions, tomatoes, chili pepper and bay leaf, fish broth, and a Fish fillet cooked in low heat.
Starter Ceviche the most popular dish among Peruvians. It is small size pieces of raw fish marinated in fresh aromatic lime juice tender onions, boiled sweet potatoes mixed with optional Andean hot chilis.
Option 2, Chicken:
Main Course: Aji de Pollo in English chili chicken (not spicy), consists of thin strips of chicken served with a creamy yellow and spicy sauce, made with ají amarillo (non spicy yellow chilis), cheese, milk, and crunchy bread.
Starter: Causa Limeña Mashed organic yellow potatoes seasoned with lime and aji (hot pepper), and filled with fresh seasonal local veggies (it is a mild spicy dish)
Option 3, Meat:
Main Course: Lomo saltado, Beef tenderloin slices, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, aji (hot peppers but not spicy), and more spices. It is served with French fries and rice.
Starter: Papa Rellena Little balls made of mashed potatoes filled with either meat or vegetables or quinoa. They are fried and served with salsa criolla
Option 4, Vegetarian:
Main Course: Pimento Relleno, a stuffed capsicum, filled with fresh organic vegetables, quinoa and aromatic herbs from the north of the country.
Starter: Solterito in English Single men with green peas, faba beans, quinua! and olive oil.
